Community safety starts with community leadership.

We wanted to highlight Pillars of the Community on how local leaders are creating safer neighborhoods through training, conflict resolution, restorative justice, and trauma-informed care.

It was inspiring to document the people doing the hard work of building trust, connection, and peace from the ground up.
